Standard versions of the softwares, for sale to Utilities as site licences with unlimited copies, contain information and training content, together with more detailed application of the practical approaches advocated by leading members of the current IWA Water Loss Task Force. They are designed to be easily customised (for units, currency or language) and upgraded to suit the specific requirements of individual Utilities, once the users have become familiar with the basic principles and concepts.

Professional versions of the softwares are either upgraded versions of the Standard versions, with modified or additional specialist Worksheets, or special Workbooks created for individual clients for a specific purpose.
