Mark Shepherd is a registered Professional Civil Engineer who is based in Durban, South Africa. He is a partner in a group of companies focusing on providing turnkey and consulting solutions to Non-Revenue Water problems experienced by water service utilities in both the private and public sector. He has a total of 18 years experience in engineering and Government support contracts and has spent the last 11 years focusing on water demand management and Non-Revenue Water projects. He has a practical approach to improving water distribution efficiency, with a strong emphasis on skills transfer and client mentorship. He has worked extensively in South Africa, as well as the rest of Africa and Europe. |
